1. Return window
For purchases made directly on nail-trim.com, you have 30 days from the date your order is marked as delivered to request a return. After this window, returns are generally not accepted unless required by applicable law.
2. Condition of returned items
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions typically apply:
- The device is in good physical condition and not intentionally damaged.
- All included accessories, charging cables, and packaging (where possible) are returned.
- The device has been cleaned and prepared for inspection in a hygienic state.
We may reduce or decline a refund for items returned in heavily damaged or unsanitary condition, except where required by law.

4. Refunds

6. Warranty
NailTrim™ devices purchased on nail-trim.com include a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a defined period (for example, one year from the purchase date), unless a different period is stated at checkout or in your product documentation.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accident, or unauthorized modification.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or expected aging of materials.

7. Purchases from other sellers
This returns and warranty policy applies to orders placed directly on nail-trim.com. If you purchased a NailTrim™ device from another retailer or marketplace, their return and warranty policies may apply. Please contact that seller for assistance.
8. Shipping issues
If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, or if the shipment arrives visibly damaged, contact the carrier and our support team promptly so we can review options with you.
